2008 Jeep Liberty
The 2008 Liberty is very comfortable, spirited and
easy to drive SUV, available in 6 trims, ranging from the Sport 2WD to the
Renegade 4WD. Comparable vehicles
to the 2008 Liberty include the Buick Rendezvous, the Isuzu Rodeo Sport,
and the Toyota RAV4. Upon introduction, the Sport 2WD is equipped with a
standard 2.4-liter, I4, 150-horsepower engine. A 5-speed manual
transmission with overdrive is standard. The Renegade 4WD is equipped with
a standard 3.7-liter, V6, 210-horsepower engine. A 5-speed manual
transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 4-speed automatic
transmission with overdrive is optional. The 2008 Liberty is a carryover
from 2006.
